They are going to develop 17 lots. The guy doing the development isn't going to build the houses, he's just developing the lots. I'm assuming he's already got the lots sold. It was sort of an eye sore of a canyon, but all the wildlife has been chased off or into our backyards. I saw a Roadrunner in my back yard for the first time in years.
The street is going in the middle but he has to bring it up 20 feet (if you can believe that). The top of this tower will be at street level. You wouldn't believe how many huge, double load dirt trucks have been hauling in dirt for weeks.
He's taking down half the huge rock cliff below my house.
