I just thought that I would introduce my newest baby, Marcie. She's a 2 1/2 year old cocker who's a puppy mill rescue. She is a very sweet and gentle dog. Unfortunately, she's very fearful. We're working on learning to trust people and housebreaking (she's getting better, but we still have occassional accidents). I know that in time, she'll be fine. I have another rescue who I got about 4 years ago. He was a terrified mess when I got him, but now he's Mr. Social who flirts with everyone he meets. I'm sure that as she realizes that she's safe and unconditionally loved, that she'll come around, too.
