Is this a problem

if so, what should I do about it?

This deformity is not a problem for the plant it is one of its characteristics, its sometimes called a Mickey Mouse Taro but they also be getting a little too much light. ive come across it a couple of times but haven't yet warmed to it, Here's another post that has lots of other pics if you scroll through it.

Thank you, I wondered if that was what it was. I haven't warmed to that one either.
