Hi, I am a newby, just joined, and am looking for a scource or info on a plant which I heard of briefly on a garden shwo--can't remember which one. It's callied a climbing snap dragon. Anyone know of it?
I just got my second solar-powered fountain, and I love it--theyn are so maintainence free, my kind of product. I am a love-em-and -leave-em kind of gardiner, if the plants require alot of attention, no matter how much I like them, I leave them to their own devices.
Has anyone heard anything about a hardy artichoke, able to grow in New England? There's a plant I would fuss over, if I could grow it here.

climbing snap dragons
Hi granny and welcome. Hope you enjoy DG as much as I have. Sorry I can't answer your questions but usually someone will come along.

grannymisty - I searched and searched for a perennial artichoke; you have to grow artichokes as annuals here - sigh. Don't know anything about the climbing snap dragons though. And Al - don't get out one of those plastic dragons you have and wire it to a tree and try to get away with it. You were just lucky the first time! Welcome to the Northeast forum!
Are they also called the perennial sweet pea?? I have 2 of those. I tried looking up the plant you mentioned but all I came across were the sweet peas??
Granny, Do you mean Jerusalum Artichokes?
