3 Quart Baking Dish?

I just found a recipe in Family Living for Chicken Pot Pie made with Phyllo and it sounds great. The only thing is that it calls for cooking it in a 3 quart rectangular baking dish. I have the standard 9x13 and a round 2 quart. What is the best kind of 3 quart baking dish to get? Do you think Publix or the like might have it? Maybe since I'm making this for the first time I could use a disposable aluminum pan? I just don't want to spend $20 plus dollars for a pan that I might not use regularly.
