i got 10 bulbs in a trade. they were supposed to be lycoris but they are not. the bulbs are about the size of a 50 cent piece...some a little bigger and some a little smaller. some are shaped like large white macadamia nuts and some like a garlic clove and some look like the top off of a mushroom. that said i looked up crinum asiaticum. the bulbs look like the picture of those in daves plant files. also, the other clue is that the trader did call them giant white spider lilies. she also said they were lycoris but they do not look like my red, yellow or pink lycoris at all.
that is all i know. if you would like to grow one of these lmk. i have 6 left to trade. thanks.
i don't know what they are but if you like a mystery........
What would you like in trade.
Count me in I love surprises! What are you looking for? Let me know...

I have a mystery DL, assorted named DL's, iris volatile, or good thing. What would you like?
I have some mystery roses (mid-sized rooted cuttings now) from an old farm w. of Denver. I have seeds form a mysterious but beautiful tall (3-4') pink salvia.
greenjay, is the salvia perennial where you are? is it greggii? or coral nymph? do you have any bulbs?
does anybody have kopper king or plum crazy cuttings or seeds? other bulbs?
I have some tulip bulbs
the salvia is an annual here, which means it is either a texas sage or some cultivar of a tropical. My bet is a texas sage, because of the flowers. They don't form bulbs or rhizomes, as far as I know (lol).
