Is there anyway to ID these?

Denver, CO(Zone 5b)

I thought they were too cute with their little puffs.
Any ideas? Some of the babies are getting the little puffs also now.

they are sooo beautiful

On first sight, it looks like a craft store experiment gone wrong. But how fascinating! I hope someone knows the story here.

They appear to have some crested duck blood in their background tho I doubt they are purebred. Do a net wide search for crested ducks and see what you find. A site called Poultry Connections might be able to help you more.

They are very similar to the black crested Swedish duck.

Thank you so much. I bet they are a hybrid of the swedish without the greenish head. I saw a cafexpress thing that showed the ducklings, and there was a grey one in there with the black ones (tho they were just paintings).
There was a grey one in with these little ducklings also on the creek, that disapeared about 3 days ago. They are pretty quiet compared to the mallards and rouens.
Thank you again.
