What kind of butterfly is this?

You have yourself a pretty Swallowtail there :) Maybe a Western Swallowtail

Yes, a Giant and it looks like it's on a Plumbago just like the one I bought today! :)

I love the Plumbago. Attracts butterflies, hummingbirds and hummingbird moths.............and dogs chasing butterflies. Here's Peanut discovering that butterfly above:

What a cutie pie! Peanut looks like he got "busted"! The plumbago is beautiful. I will have to try and find some of that for my yard next year.
