Last year I was given the brug Serendipidy by a friend. It's a fast grower, not bothered much by bugs and tolerates the florida heat quite well but I had not seen blooms until last night. I was shocked to see lavander tones coming through on the blooms. This isn't a color that appears in brugs that often. She will eventually mature (I am told) to a coral/pink but it's really exciting watching her go through the changes. Here are a few pictures as you begings her journey to pink. I will keep you posted until she reaches her mature color. Here she is last night when she first opened.

Brugmansia Serendipidy.....brug in Lavendar
Just WoW!
Very pretty !!
That is so exciting! Wouldn't that be awesome to see a Lavendar Brug!!
Those brugs can really be weird. I had a frosty pink that bloomed white one night, then turned yellow, then turned pink. But it didn't have this habit all the time, only once.
Molly
:^))))
She has the three things that are fascinating to me about brugs-
Curly tendrils
Waxy look
Flipped skirt
You have a winner there. Thanks for posting,
Louise
That beautiful gary ! I cant wait for mine to bloom !
Elva
This is a beauty, Tonny. I really like the form and the curly tendrils give it that extra touch.

This is the brug that I need, my brugs now look like someone shot them with buckshot, from the cats feeding on them. As cool as the nights have been getting I keep thinking all the bugs will leave, but I think they like it. LIKE I DO.
Pug:
This brug was left alone for four months without any care except an automated sprinkler. From what i am told south florida had one of the hottest summers on record. When I returned home she had grown 2 feet and had buds on her.
No signs of bugs, just buds....that's love..........:}
Isn't that Fantastic that is what I call love and she was wanting to really show you what she is made of. Talk about hot we really had a mighty hot summer to and my poor brugs showed it. But now since it is staying around the 80's, they are doing so much better, and the bugs think they are as well.
