I agree with the others on the ID, and had to say, what a lovely, happy, healthy plant you have!

Mine has always taken a 'back seat' to my other plants, and it 'aspires' to look like yours one day:)

I also agree w/Hap that your photo would be a wonderful addition to the PF!

Guessing here: Some species of Pleomele or a Dracaena deremensis 'Compacta'.
