Hi I was Given a Package Of Lean Ground Beef Because The person Pricing it Had Pierced The Plastic
This Was On Fri ,I quickly Overwrapped It And Brought It Home It has Been in My Fridge Since ,The Strange Part Of All of this Is When I went To Break The Meat Up The Outside Was Bright Red But the Inside of The Meat turned brown ,How Can This Be should not the outside be brown too ?
