End of the month here again and with the new g-babe, I'm stretched on time :) So we've decided to do a baked potato bar this Friday. I can do 35 or so of them in the roaster the night before and then just purchase the toppings.

We're butter, pepper and salt folks on bakers.

Any good ideas? Thanks :)
