Tomato Sauce Recipes Please

I seem to have a real surpless of tomatoes and I was wondering if anyone has a real good recipe for a sauce that I can use on spaghetti and lasanga this winter..I don't want anything really spicey as we don't care for that. Just something mild..I have lots of jars so I might as well use them. Thanks
