sales and swaps in Portland, OR

I live in Portland and was wondering if there are any good plant swaps or sales coming up. Anyone know of any?????? Also I love the idea of the backyard plant swap that they had in Newcastle, WA. Is there anything like that around here, or would anyone be interested in putting one together????

I am playing with the idea of putting one together in about 3 weeks. I just need to find a big parking lot that is willing to have a little dirt spilled in it! How many people out there would be interested in bringing plants/seeds to a plant swap in the Portland area???

What part of Portland are you thinking of???
My son is going to dental school in Portland and would love an excuse to see him.
Also, going to the farmers market in Portland is great! Went there a few weeks ago and had a ball there.
I might be interested in coming.
