I'm not a Tillandsia guy, so I really can't help you. A German Bromeliad site could though, there are many fanatical German Tillandsia growers. The site is at Bromeliads.net - you have to register with a confirming email. If you don't want to go through the trouble, I can post your picture on their identification forum. LMK
