Can I sell my extra Maya cuttings or is it a protected plant? I keep trying to make a list but I cant seem to keep it straight. I know some of the hosta cultivars are protected by patent but I'm not sure about the angels ! I dont want to go to "garden jail" :)

Is there a list somewhere that tells you cannot let people have cuttings of certain Brugs, I don't mean selling.
There aren't too many patented Brugs. Minors Claim is a variegated that is patented, so you can't pass it on to friends.
Wow I had no idea any hints on where to find this list? I saw Maya in ebay but thats not saying much lol!

As far as I know there are only 2 that are patented, Snowbank was the first one and the second was Miner's Claim. Other than those 2, you can share any unless you have a gentleman's agreement to trial a seedling for someone.

is there a difference in what the flower looks like, I have a lovely varigated but no name, it is just starting to set buds.
