have Jeruselum Artichoke (don't know the latin name) tubers as soon as the ground thaws and I can dig them up. For those that aren't familiar with it, it is a perennial sunflower with an edible root. This stalks got probably 7-8 feet tall for me last year, so they need a little room. Will trade for other perennials hardy to zone 5.
