This is a CG, that had a problem with mites early this year. I got rid of them but it lost all of the leaves, but is now over 8ft tall with several "Y"s but no buds. the bottom of the trunk is about 2". Do I pot the whole thing or cut it up? Thanks John
Oh my. Mine are just starting to bloom and it will be down in the 30s tonight. The last several years we have not had frost until November but I am afraid we will get some tonight. Eek!
Do you have a place to put an 8' tall brug? If so, I'd pot it up.
Thanks for the advice, Felicia, and yes I built a 3ft foundation for my greenhouse. So mI will have the head room. John
John, I have alot of brug. seedlings that are just starting to make their Y's. I am going to dig each and everyone of them to pot for the greenhouse. I have learned that I can buy at least an extra 6 weeks of blooming time for them by doing it this way. Last year I cut them off at the roots and tried to root the big trunk and all, just to lose most of the cuttings overwinter.
