I thought I would post my first brug, all brug, no frills. I have enjoyed this so much, I want to share it. This will be from bud to bloom. I hope you enjoy. The dance has begun.

This was yesterday when I came home from work at 8:30 pm:
And this is 1 1/2 later at 10 pm, just another look before I went to bed. Suprise! Beautiful open flower: You can bet that I stayed up a bit longer and took a few pictures,

Someone at work told me yesterday that after seeing and smelling a bloom in person, she now understands why all the excitement.

If you look at my previous thread ( Pink? first flower), and read what Kell said about it you will know as much as I do. She called it a species "suaveolens" which I have to look up and read about. It is still beautiful with a wide open skirt and the pink is just getting pinker. Will take more pictures tomorrow.

I am a proud mom and, oh, do I love to take pictures. This is the first year I have done any photography, usually it is my sweetie or children. This year was going to be the year. I was going to learn how. Well, I am still learning. But it has been so fun.
