Have Rooted Hoyas
Tami, I'd love to have Sp. sulawesi....but I'm wondering if I might even *own* any hoyas that you don't? (LOL!)
I don't have any rooted right now, but could work on that.
Let me know what you think....I completely understand if you're preferring to trade for plants already rooted.
TIA!
Nan, If you want to try trading cuttings in a bubble envelope that would work if you have one that I don't have already. I don't want to send a few cuttings Priority because of the cost for us both. If that interests you, What cha got?
Tami
Sounds like a plan, Tami!
I'll have to get a list tonight, when I get home, though....is that OK w/you?
TIA!
Nan, Sounds good to me.

Tami-
I'm dmailing you. :)
I am new to Dave's. I have a Hoya which bloomes regularly, but I have no idea what species it is. I thought it was a carnosa, but that is the only species I know. I obtained the original cutting 30 years ago from a friend. I had to leave it when I got divorced, but my daughter smuggled out a cutting. My mother recently gave that "cutting" to our local conservatory which had it on display. It was in a 16 inch pot and about 6 ft by 6 feet. I leave them in the pots until they break the pots or they become unmanagable. They bloom more when root bound also.
How do you identify the cultivar or species?
TamiXWP Could you show some of your other pictures.

Hey Tami....I'd be interested in your krinkle leaf hoya and pubicalyx splash. I've got quite a few hoya cuttings rooting right now. What others are you looking for?
:) Kim
Retrivers,
I id mine mainly from tags when I buy them but sometimes the tags are wrong and you need to wait until theu bloom and ask here on in another Hoya group.
I have some of my pictures posted at Webshots. http://community.webshots.com/user/tamixwp
