Need ID Please

At first I thought I knew what this was, but the more I looked into it, the less I believe this is the upright Taro.

Can anyone help me ID this form of elephant ear (taro)? Thanks

Let's let Brian and others weigh in, but I am wondering if it could be Alocasia gageana?

This plants gets to a maximum of about 3.5 feet. Many leaves are upright but some are not.

I think my wife and I are going to go pick up a Alocasia macrorrhizos tomorrow morning (if we can fit it in the car), as I'd really like to have one of those plants.

Hopefully I can also ID this mystery EE. Been looking for the last two days and still can't figure it out.
