Have too many elephants ears and don't want to overwinter them?
Please let me know. I have many perennials to trade.
Thanks, ROX
PS I already have lots of Colocasia esculenta (plain green EE), C. Fontanesii, and C. Ruffles.
Wanted: Unusual elephant ears
Rox what other kinds did you want?
Kyle
Kyle-
Good to hear from you. I potted up the white stem A. Plumbeas last week for you and plan to ship this week.
Have a question though... would you like a 5" plant (which will ship easily) or should I ship a larger one (which I will have to remove most of the leaves)?
About what I want...well 1st let me just state that I just dug up 228 EE out of the ground (about 20 different varieties). Four were greater that 6' high and more than 5' in diameter.
So...on the wish list....C. Coffee Cups...A. Portodora...C. Milkyway...A. macrorrhiza variegata and probably lots of other unsual things.
I got a A. lutea this year. It is (in my opinion) absolutely spectacular. Almost chartreuse veins and stem with grass green leaves.
PS the Aurea you sent is growing slowly and doing very well.
That is gorgeous!
What would you like in return?
ROX
Hey Rox! Ric has your ears. :)
Already great!
I'll Dmail you some possible perennials for trade.
ROX
Kyle, if you dont have enough room for all your unusual EEs I'd be happy to take some down here in the Keys too.
Rox hope i'm not intruding , i also have Alocasia Plumbea metalica if your interested I'd trade for C. Fontanesii,
Neil
