anybody here has Crohn's?

I've just been diagnosed with Crohn's (the pain) disease. I'll get a conformation after the biopsy of my intestines in a few weeks. Right now I am on liquids and am running low grade fevers. Just want to know if anyone else out there has it and how are they coping?
