Has anyone purchased plumerias from this vendor. I came across it when doing a Google search for 'Pele's Red Rage." They don't have much of a selection, but what they have is cheap. I wound up buying their rainbow pack which included four 12" cuttings for $14.99 and that included shipping. It is a nice selection in my opinion.
This a great package for someone just starting growing plumerias and needing to gain experience rooting cuttings before they start paying some serious money. It won't hurt as much if one or two don't make it.
I'll let you know what the cuttings look like when I get them.

I have not purchased from this vendor, but I think she used to sell on eBay. You might try doing a search for Pele's Red Rage here at Dave's. If memory serves me correctly, someone bought a Pele's Red Rage from her, and when it bloomed, it was white. I remember seeing some of these names before, such as "Sea Shell,"and they are not registered cultivars, but you are right that $15 for four is not a bad deal, provided they are healthy cuttings.
I bought from Carmen..(lady)..last year...i bought the white cuttings...they bloomed but very small...she mentioned something about her mom being sick etc..took a while to get the cuttings as i recall...
