Yep, 'tis true! Lobsters from Maine are moving this way!
We rec'd a gift certificate way last Christmas for lobsters and I just found it, tucked away under LOTS of papers where I store all my "organized" stuff! Since our DD has been away on a school trip for 12 days and gets home Saturday I thought now would be the perfect time to surprise her with a Welcome Home Lobster Party!
Thing is, the lobsters will arrive via FedEx on Friday and we want to eat them on Saturday. I know at seafood stores (and even Walmart) they have them in giant aquariums, complete with air bubblers.
Anyone know how to keep these things alive and nice and fresh? Can I just keep them chilled in the fridge? Keep them on ice in a big cooler? Do I gotta fix them a nice bath tub full of ice water?
