Hardiness Question for Cape Breton Island?

Hi,

I have a friend who lives in CBI. I would like to surprise him by sending some Allium Drumstick bulbs to him. I see in Plantfiles the bulbs are hardy to zone 4, but I can't find anything on zones for Canada in DG or on google. Can someone please point me in the right direction here?

Yes, that worked great... It showed No Zone on the Canso which is close to Whycocogomah, but when I clicked a little bit away from Canso, it shows as 5B. That is a cool zone map. Too bad Dave doesn't have country zone maps in here. I appreciate your helping me out,thank you.
