I noticed there are no orange spots near the tail on this one. What's the difference? Does anyone Know. My book says Eastern Black has the spots, but that's what it looks like to me.

I do believe it is a eastern black. The tails look really close together and perhaps the orange spots are folded under. The rest of the markings are the EBST

Thanks bflybo they do look close, I hadn't noticed that. It was the best shot I got that was clear. I will watch for him again!
