Hi,

Our season is cooling off FAASST and I picked tons of green maters to save them from the cold. Even though it's only been down to the 40's, the maters have been having a variety of issues with the cold and way too many I've tossed into the woods as they aren't safe for collecting seeds. I have 2 large brown bags with greenies that I'm hoping may ripen up a bit for salsa or sauces. As a back up, can someone please share a recipe for FGT???? We've never tried it before and only heard about them from the movie. Such a lovely selection of maters that I would hate to lose... any recipes or suggestions would be genuinely and thankfully appreciated... TYVM in advance.
