blanch a bunch of bite size pieces of fresh brocolli and cool using ice water bath. Drain brocolli and place in mixing bowl. Chop up some garden fresh tomatoes and toss in w/ brocolli using just enough good mayo to bind tom/broc. season w/ salt. refrigerate an hr of so. I have seen this as a red/green Christmas salad but better this time of year.
