Looking for Ironweed seeds

Belleville, IL(Zone 6b)

Anyone have some to trade or for postage?
I don't have any out of the ordinary seeds to trade, but can trade two for one since they will be common.
Right now I have a trade of maypops (passiflora incarnata) and some seeds of single hollyhocks from this years harvest. I also have seed of white single daturas.

Windy, I can send you a bunch if you wanna wait until they finish blooming and have some time to dry. I have a field full now. Never could get them to grow from seed. LOL

LOL! I wonder if they can be grown from seed. I found a really pretty plant one year and saved the seed. I never got them to germinate. I thought I might try to do it again maybe winter sow them or some other experiments.
I will take you up on the offer. Do you want me to remind you later on?
Do you want anything besides postage for them. I am afraid you probably have everything I do.
I can save some JM glory seed from a large flowered one similar to President Tyler, only the flower is larger. I too would have to wait for the seed to mature.
Let me know.

Gosh, here Ironweed is just that a weed, but so pretty. Had not considered trying to grow it in the garden.

Windy, I was thinking of you just a minute ago and ran out and grabbed you some seeds. :)

Oh! I think I just made an interesting discovery too! If my memory serves me, the seeds I was sent were little furry things. I think someone sent me the tails and not the seeds! LOL These actually have "seeds" attached to the the furry part. I'll send ya more seeds than fur. Bwa ha ha ha
