This skipper appears to be a female Sachem rather than a Broad Winged. it exhibits the characteristic glossy spot pattern with dark mid area of trailing edge of HW below of the female Sachem. The broad winged has a pale ray from base crossing pale to faint yellow spots on the HW below.
