Table displays

Madison, WI(Zone 4b)

Today is my daughter's birthday and we are having 11 people to dinner.
Thought you might like the table display. It is quick and easy. I just picked
three fern leaves from out back ( it can be anything green), floated them
in a couple of inches of water, and nestled the flower stems in the fern fronds.

Anyone else have some ideas on how to display the flowers?

Lovely! and what a great idea for times when you don't have any one plant that's in full glorious bloom, or when you just want to have an "arrangement" rather than a potted plant as a centerpiece! I like the way the fern fronds support the blooms and provide a great background color/texture too.

What a great idea! Looks great. I must try that too. Thanks, Nancy.
