It is often called Master Mix.
4 cups flour
1/2 cup canola or olive oil
2/3 cup non fat dry milk powder
1 tsp. salt
3 TBLSP. baking powder
Mix well until there are no chunks. Store in air tight container at room temp. Use just like Bisquick.
The oil is what makes it more healthy. Store bought Bisquick has partially hydrogenated oils in it. Very bad for the heart and blood vessels.
