My maya about to burst

Muskegon, MI(Zone 5a)

We had a big storm last night and I couldnt wait to get outside this morning to check how the brugs did with the wind...I looked at the maya and have counted over 100 blooms about to pop...I will post a picture when they are in full bloom but for now, here is the over 7 foot tall maya...I adore this plant...Judy

It's beautiful, what size of a pot do you have it in??

I have it in the biggest I could find..I think I can get almost a 2 cubic ft bag of dirt in it....If only I could find bigger since I dont plant any of my brugs in the ground...Judy

You can go to WalMart and they they a blue 20 gal. plastic tub with rope handles on them. Then all you to do is drill some holes in the bottom and they work great. Here is a picture of one of them that I have my Hibiscus tree planted in. I'm not sure but I think they are around $5.

Judy... Looks like you are really going to have a wonderful display there. Moma Maya is about to have some blooms for me too. Mine looks like I shot it with a Cannon Type shotgun though!!! LOL
Can't wait to see the blooms on yours.

Ken that is exactly what my Peaches & Cream looks like to me. The cats are really having a field day with it. I go out and look for them and maybe find 1 or 2 small ones. But they are heavy eaters.

Well at least Judy has a nice looking Maya!!
Linda, I feel for you . I lost all my first buds to cats they just had a munching heyday! They truly enjoyed Maya this year. And some others!!!!

My P&C is really blooming now, and even some of the flowers looks like they have been pepper sprayed.
