Hello new friends. I'm going to love this site! I moved to a new house with horrible clay soil two years ago - I'm still trying to turn it into something that resembles soil. I had to abandon dozens of plants at the old house - but starting over is fun, too. I'm working on a secret garden right now - the plants will need to like partial sun and soil on the dry side (Zone 4-5-Denver area). Any suggestions appreciated.
Greetings from another Newbie!

Hi, Izabel, and welcome to DG! Here's a link you might find helpful - I have found a lot of good information from this site, which is based on a demonstration garden in Colorado Springs: http://www.csu.org/xeri/index.html
P.S. Don't let the name put you off, as it's not just for xeriscaping, although they do provide informtion on which plants performed better than others in drought-like conditions.
Welcome Izabel
I am sure you are going to enjoy yourself here at Daves Garden.
