WOW! Great video!!! It looks like a female RT to me. But keep an eye out, as you should get Black Chinned as well. And you could also get Rufous. I know of 2 people in your area who have Rufous over-wintering at their feeders and plants. Thanks for sharing your video.

It is great to share with people who get as excited as I do about these lil hummers.. They seem very curious aout me too, as they fly right up to me, lol.
Yes Carla~ I have a feeling they may stay a while. Last winter was fairly mild here..
Do pansies have any nectar? (hummmm) Those bloomed all winter for me here. Can anyone tell me what flowers are as hardy as pansies that will provide nectar? I would appreciate any advice here.

I really wouldn't worry so much about flowers in winter. They will come to the feeders readily if nothing much else is available
