I know, I know, "big shrimp" might be an oxymoron but I can identify cause I'm a moron, too!
As for prawns (similar to shrimp but not quite!), a local farmer will now be selling his farm-raised prawns. I know they are supposed to be a great delicacy and thought I'd splurge and buy a few pounds from him. (Those things max out around 6-10 inches long!)
Has anyone had any experience with prawns? Recipes, techniques, freezing, etc?
