I love these two..Hibiscus Alyogine Hakeifolia (blue) and the Hibiscus Panduriformis. They are very unusual! Such pretty color. I don't think I have anything you don't in the hibiscus. I know I have some white, a pale yellow, one with red foilage. I will have to check the names...and let you know.

Would you consider trading the first three for a saponaria plant? Or at least for the first two? Do you think they would be hardy in my area? These are beatiful, I had seed for the saponaria, but have lost them somehow.

I have two perennial Hibiscus that are growing kind of together in the same bush. When I get the seeds from Ddkcat in NJ, she said they are the "old variety" and do not bloom for at least 3 years. They also grow to about 5 feet tall.

I have plenty of seeds of both, but I do not know the name of these two varieties. Could someone ID them for me? I'd like to know what I have.

The white one is not as pink around the edges as it looks, but there is some pink for sure. I find the red one interesting as it has all together different petals.

Thanks ahead of time, Gita
Here are the pictures. Here's the whole plant.

And of the white/pinkish one.

Just wanted to say the red one is far more robust a grower and has made a lot of seed pods. The white one I have only picked 2 pods from so far.
