DH and I adopted this dog about two weeks ago to be a companion for our piebald mini dachshund, Amber. Ginger, the new dog, is a cross between a dachshund and a chihuahua - a chiweenie! lol. She is such a pretty blonde girl. We got her from Dachshund Rescue of Houston. These are good people doing good work. If you're looking for a dachshund (or dachshund mix) I highly recommend them.
