CLOSED: salvia lyrata "Purple Knockout" for trade

Centennial, CO(Zone 5b)

I have a purple-leaved salvia (salvia lyrata, Purple KnockOut) seeds. Makes and OUTSTANDING full-sun xeric border plant where huechera or other dark-leaved plants would not survive.

Will trade for cuttings or rooted cuttings of heirloom roses, named daylilies, or other hard to find salvias.

LeBug, send me a dmail with your address. Yes, I would be interested in the "purple volcano" cultivar.

Hollywood, FL(Zone 10b)

Hi greenjay,
This is a bit off-topic, but it's really relevant to me:
BlueStone lists that Salvia as hardy only to zone 8, whereas
DG says hardy to zone 11... which is more accurate?
(I love salvias and have bought some seed but not yet planted
them b/c I was afraid that they would only be annual in my
10B/11 zone)
Thanks, if you can help

Gina, I have that Scarlet Bicolor already. Send me a dmail if you have anything else along those lines. Wouldn't have to be a salvia, I am looking for tall verbascum also.

I don't have anything else along those lines, so I'll just catch you on another day, another trade. ;)~

Thanks for the tips, Annette68!
