Wishing to identify plant

I would like to find out what plant this is. I kind of like it, it grows like a weed here in Oregon, has huge leaves and grows rapidly.

Is that Paulownia tomentosa that super fast growing tree?

Yes, a seedling can go to 10-15' in first season. In the east they are considered an invasive species. Sounds like they may be taking root in the PNW.
