Miniature hibiscus bushes

Is there such a thing as a true miniature hibiscus bush? (meaning one maybe only 2 ft. tall by the same or so wide).
The reason I ask is that I saw a sign for just such a thing at a nursery one day and was wondering if it was a gimic or if there really is such a thing
