I just bought myself a crockpot. I like to make casseroles - stews and such - in the winter. Anything I make has to be good for freezing - I live alone ( except for all the 4 legged types!) and when I make a big casserole I just keep out enough out for a day or two and freeze the rest in dinner size portions.

So what I am looking for is your all time favorite crock pot main dish casserole - just remember I dont want recipes that feed the whole neighborhood!
