It seems like I have waited all summer for some blooms. Here is what is blooming today. I have other's that should open soon.
This first one is Peaches n' cream
Finally Blooms !!
Patricia, those pictures are gorgeous....I just bought golden lady and hope to have just as beautiful blooms as yours....thanks for sharing your pictures...Judy
Judy, I was so diappointed when I lost my other one. I had it for four years and a good friend had given it to me as a gift. It was always one of my favorites and always dependable, so I had to replace it. I am hoping to make some nice crosses with it.
They are all beautiful!!
I love your Peaches and Cream!! The blooms as well as the leaves are gorgeous!
OOOOOOO I love Golden Lady! I guess it's time to whip out the checkbook again. LOL
Thank you for sharing these bloom pics.. it's been a long greeeeeeen summer. LOL
So beautiful Patricia! Your yard must be so special right now. I think your Susane is one of the prettiest I have ever seen. And so full of blooms. Mine are looking much better too but still no cigar.
I looked for a pic of an American butterfly but too many different ones came up. I sure hope it is a pretty one if we are stuck with it and it eats so much.
Golden Lady is beautiful!.....lol ZZs.....right there with you!
Thanks for sharing! My Peaches & Cream (my first brug) has just shown sign of a couple of tiny buds. Finally! I hope they make it to bloom before the weather changes too much. Evenings are getting a bit colder already (and days, for that matter.) But I bought a Charles Grimaldi this summer and it has some good-sized pods that just might make it! Woo-hoo!
Thanks, you all, for sharing your addiciton (I think!)

Peaches and Cream is not a good brug for my yard...its very slow growing and I have never seen a bloom on it ever....snowbanks is the same..now talking about Maya..this one is huge and very good at giving me huge amounts of blooms....Judy
Judy, it always does really good for me , except that the catappillars attack it every year. Even years when they don't bother my other brugs. much, they always do this one. Unfortuately for me, the Cats have been on everything all summer.
Well I would like to know what it likes to get it to grow a little faster..this winter it almsot died and just in the last month it sprouted another stem..Im hoping it gets a pretty good root system before I have to take it in..I dont think I will every buy another one if this one dies..the same goes for snowbank.....maybe I will trade that one before it kicks the bucket......judy
Great pictures, Patricia.
Patricia, looking good.
Oh Patricia! What beautiful plants and blooms those are!! That P&C is to die for, that's for sure. And the rest are, too. Lordy, I'm having the worst case of Brug envy now. ;)
Well done.
Barb
Thank you all. I just took my morning walk around the yard and it smells wonderful out there. I will be adding a few more pictures in the next few day's as other's open up.
You got it right Kin. My husband and I sit out on the patio every night . It has just been in the last week that I have noticed the wonderful fragrance at night. Now it draws me like a bee to a flower.
Very nice Patricia.
