White streaks on flowers,on pink cannas

Any ideas,whats causing this,on all the flowers,they are growing in the shade of a mimosa tree.

may be not enough sun or something missing in the soil try a little epsom salt i grow many types of cannas and have lernt to look for some thing simple wrong first. Regards Paul

Paul,I use epson salt evry month I use grandular fertilizer,I mix it witth super phosphate and potassium,along with 10-10-10,also use sulfur,because the ph,is about 7.2 or a little more.
Yes I like the looks of the white along with the pink.

Your canna looks like China Doll.
It has streaked like this since I have had it.
Then it will go away.

My first blooms of the summer didn't have streaks,second blooms did,don't remember buying any,it came with the bag of tiger cannas,I bought from horns canna farms from the wichita flower and garden show this spring.
Are you saying the next set of blooms won't have the streaks? Or next years blooms??
