Ouch! Well, think of all the money you save not having to pay to water your plants! Right about now, I'm getting kind of tired of watering every day and could use a day off from having to water, but it is summer, and so I feel your pain, buddy:-)

We went through 2 1/2 months of severe drought and now we are being deluged. I am putting lots of garbage cans out to catch and save what Ernesto brings. I am in denial tho about the wind. I should be outside stashing pots in safe places and I just can't make myself take this storm seriously. The latest forecast has it making landfall again about 50 miles north. I am counting on the weatherman being right this time.

Poor Luc; talk about being right in the middle of trouble. I pray he and his family are safe.

All day busting my butt and it was a joke...
Rain lol we get more on a normal afternoon shower!!
Luc should be fine he is only 45mins away due south of me..

A non-event in Naples too. Although I didn't try to light a cigar I did walk out to get my paper (nicely double-bagged) this morning at 5 and didn't even get wet.
Lucky us.
Although I was secretly looking forward to a special on cuttings at Florida Colors this Saturday LOL.

Luc posted over at Pals and is fine. He said one Wilma survivor went down but will stay down. He said they got 12 mph winds, which is nothing at all.

Luc is having a gathering this Saturday, as Hetty mentioned, for all those interested in attending. It's a bring-your-own-lunch tour of his place for those folks in Florida!
