I have met four people from this forum now, and each one has been a most delightful, wonderful, generous, and humorous person. I have met Carol, Joanne, and Sandy in the past few months, and this past weekend I was also privileged to meet the "other" Ann on this forum. I also got to hang out again with Sandy again at Ann's house. I know it must be hard to imagine (lol), but there were three crazy women cackling, snickering, and giggling into the wee hours somewhere in Southern Oregon (in between the hoya waterings, etc.). Ann W. told me she was worried that my neck might snap since I was always staring up while walking around her greenhouse for three days (there was much to admire). Ann's greenhouse is beautiful - naturally, I am jealous!
I think I am the luckiest woman alive to have been able to meet all four of these fantastic ladies, and I hope I get to meet more of you!!!

I have heard of a hoya meet a few years back, where a bunch of gals all met at Normas for a big bash. She even had Michael Kartuz there to speak on hoyas. That was before I became involved with them however, so I missed it too. :-(
It would be nice to meet others with this addiction, huh?

Well that Sandy gets around, I've met her too !! It would be fun to meet other folks from the fourm as well. I bet it was big fun to see all of Ann's hoya's.
