Epi ID needed (photo link included)
It's definitely an Epiphyllum hybrid. Putting a cultivar name to it would be like finding a needle in a haystack. There hundreds upon hundreds -- probably more like thousands -- of named cultivars, many of which look alike. It is very pretty though!
You might want to browse through Epi's by Pat's web site. You might never know what cultivar you have, exactly, but you might have a couple of "close-to's".
