Help with Pearl

Pearl, my cat, has started jumping up on the kitchen cabinets. If this wasn't bad enough she now loves to dump over glasses filled with water. I can get up from watching TV and when I get back she has already dumped my glass. She gets fresh water everyday so that's not the problem. How do I break her of these habits?
