The NEW echinaceas ..

I got several new echinaceas this spring in colours of yellow, orange, wine, etc.
They are blooming now and bringing lots of butterflies.
Did anyone else get these? They are very nice :-)

Abutilon,

I tried White Swan Coneflowers two years in a row. They did fine during the growing season but they didn't make it over the winters. Maybe it doesn't get cold enough here during the winters (low for winter is usually 28-29 degrees at our house). Can you give me more information about the different color Echinaceas? The White Swan Coneflowers I planted were great at attracting butterflies while alive. Do the different colors get the same results? I also have (just started this year) Prarie Coneflowers (Ratibida) which are quite beautiful but our butterflies don't seem interested in them.
